1. Request a Quotation
Request a quotation and one of our Site Supervisors will visit your land to conduct a detailed assessment. We then have a Registered Surveyor on site to determine levels and placement of the home (excludes PriceLeader quotations). Finally, our Estimator will prepare an itemised quotation for your New Home Consultant to present to you along with the survey.
2. Acceptance of the Quotation
On presentation of your quotation, we’ll ask for your initial deposit and finalise any variations that you may have. Commencing the date of your deposit, your quotation provides a fixed tender period – holding the basic price of your home whilst the steps between here and contract signing take place. (more…)
